PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE ANY GOODS DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF HOT WEATHER.
We really want your favorite sweets to reach you in tip-top condition. We go to great lengths to source great quality products and to package and label them properly but, once a delivery has left our premises, we can’t control what happens to it. If your parcel happens to arrive in a damaged condition that has affected the quality of the product inside, we want to know about it. Please email us at thezone.shop@yahoo.com
